Experience#

Mirakl · 2019 – present

Marketplace and B2B commerce platform. Joined below $70M ARR; now €218M ARR.

VP B2B Commerce Solutions — Sales · Nov 2024 – present

  • Own how the B2B offer lands inside customers' own AI architecture. Enterprise manufacturing and wholesale accounts are standing up their own multi-agent infrastructure — many on open-weight models and sovereign compute, driven by data-residency and IP-control requirements — and I define how the commerce layer participates in it: what gets exposed as callable services to their agents.
  • Built the end-to-end go-to-market plan for the manufacturing and OEM sector: territory design, industry prioritisation framework, account scoring model by use case.
  • Signed the first marquee accounts in construction equipment, electrical, HVAC, automotive and energy — establishing manufacturing as a new addressable market.

VP B2B Offer — Customer Success · Nov 2021 – Nov 2024

  • Designed and launched the OneCreditor model — the legal and invoicing platform model for B2B, now adopted by four global wholesale groups across electrical, foodservice and pharmaceutical distribution.
  • Built the ISV partner ecosystem across B2B payments, tax determination, BNPL and EDI aggregation.
  • Subject-matter and enablement lead for sales, solution engineering, platform advisory, customer-success strategy and solution consulting on B2B.

VP Marketing · 2019 – Jan 2022

  • Scaled marketing from 2 to 20. Built a hub model pairing in-country generalists with a core of product and partner marketing.
  • Built the communications and public affairs function; co-founded the Next40 coalition alongside other French unicorns.
  • Consistently hit top-of-funnel targets; introduced account-based marketing for tier-one focus accounts.

Actility · 2014 – 2019

LoRaWAN and IoT network platform. Now part of Netmore Group.

VP New Product Development, Partner Ecosystem & Marketing · Apr 2018 – Jun 2019

  • Owned the ecosystem partner programme — indirect offer definition, joint IoT value propositions, growth with resellers, integrators and AI/ML platform partners. Owned the largest LoRaWAN IoT marketplace.
  • Led global alliances and enterprise channels with tier-one networking, hardware and telco partners; defined joint go-to-market and two-tier distribution across five industrial verticals — smart city, manufacturing and Industry 4.0, transport and logistics, smart agriculture, utilities.
  • Signed a strategic OEM partnership with a global electrical equipment manufacturer for LoRaWAN-enabled wireless electrical panels.

VP Business Development & IoT Product Strategy · Feb 2014 – Apr 2018 · team of 5

  • Owned end-to-end product strategy and the new product introduction process for the LoRaWAN and LTE/4G stack, gating each release through the full lifecycle — from eSIM/eUICC support to smart-grid demand-side management.
  • Owned the device-to-network security architecture: a join and key-provisioning server backed by PKI and HSM-based root-key custody — application and session key derivation, key escrow, encrypted key delivery at join — plus eSIM/eUICC integration with tier-one secure element and SIM vendors.
  • Ran the silicon-to-cloud reference design programme; specified an ARM Cortex-M / STM32-class device reference design with module vendors.
  • Owned the geolocation solver — TDoA and RSSI triangulation, stateful and stateless architectures — powering asset tracking and location-based IoT.
  • Drove product marketing for smart-grid demand-side management and demand response for utilities. First hands-on exposure to ML-based load forecasting and optimisation solvers in production.
  • Led sales support on landmark deployments with six tier-one operators across North America, Europe and Asia.
  • Built and ran an IoT consultancy programme for telco service providers, translating product capability into customer-specific solution design.

GroupCamp · 2011 – 2014

Co-founder. Self-service SaaS collaboration platform for SMEs. €3M ARR.

Co-founder · 2011 – 2014

  • Owned the product from zero to launch — specified and shipped the full platform including billing, invoicing and recurring payments for an indirect fulfilment model.
  • Owned roadmap and go-to-market; hired and led the full engineering team, front-end and back-end.
  • Drove product-led growth: internationalisation across 16 languages with customers in 40+ countries, SEO methodology, conversion-rate optimisation, affiliate and reseller programmes. Trained 40 partners globally. Acquired 750 SME and mid-market accounts.

What I’m good at#

Finding product-market fit for high-growth enterprise software — from product, from marketing, and from sales. Enough operational depth to know when the data does not support the use-case claim, before it becomes a delivery problem.

Current technical practice#

Hugging Face Agents Course. DeepLearning.AI Generative AI with LLMs. Hands-on LangGraph agent development with tracing and per-step cost attribution. Working knowledge of post-training methods — SFT, LoRA, DPO/KTO, GRPO — at the level needed to evaluate a vendor’s claim, not to run a training job.

  • 1997 – 2000 · ENSEEIHT engineering degree, Electronics & Telecommunications, Toulouse.
